Objective
The customer needed a solution for the automated provision of results data from music research. The creation of regular reports should take less time. In addition, the end customers needed to be able to analyze the complex results data intuitively and flexibly. And, of course, the data needed to be presented in a high-quality and modern way.
It was also important to have an expandable concept in order to gradually increase the platform's range of functions.
How we create added value
The maintenance platform was implemented in an agile process in close cooperation with the customer in several stages, and further features are continuously being added.
The report data only needs to be uploaded as a CSV file. All further work steps are automated by the platform. The end customers receive a notification and can view and analyze the new results data directly. End customers also receive reports in PDF format via email.
The individual implementation of the report presentations optimizes the analysis possibilities of the data, the platform thus enables new insights from the market research data.
New reports for additional customers and projects can be added easily and flexibly.
